Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
As an FQHC, we provide comprehensive healthcare services to underserved populations and offer a sliding fee scale to ensure affordability. Maintaining this status requires ongoing quality assurance programs—our outcomes and procedures are regularly reviewed and improved, setting us apart from many traditional healthcare providers.
NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) – Level 3
We are proud to be recognized as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)—the highest level of recognition available. This accreditation represents our commitment to:

Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Coverage
Under the Federally Supported Health Centers Assistance Act, our Center and its providers are granted medical malpractice liability protection through the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA). This means:
- Our health center, employees, and eligible contractors are considered federal employees.
- We are immune from medical malpractice lawsuits.
- Any claims must be filed against the United States Government rather than individual providers.
